It sure sounds like World of Warcraft 's next expansion will return to Azeroth

In a new interview with Game Rant about the game's recently released patch 9.2. Danuser says there is space for both huge, cosmic stories and smaller, intimate stories within the World of Warcraft universe. "Don't believe that it's only going to be just one thing," Danuser says. "There's plotlines forming for the next great book to be released in the World of Warcraft saga. Some of that groundwork is set however there's much more going on in Azeroth which we'll have to get back to, and delves into the characters and storylines there."
There's plenty of stories left to tell on Azeroth. A small number characters from World of Warcraft 's major characters, namely Anduin, Sylvanas, Tyrande and Bolvar Fordragon, all played the role of characters in Shadowlands' storyline, so the idea of a return to Azeroth and all buy WoTLK Gold the characters that didn't get to experience the realms of the afterlife would make perfect sense.
