I personally think Middle Eastern cuisine is the most underrated and deserves more recognition. The flavors are incredibly rich and diverse, with a perfect balance of savory and sweet. Plus, the use of fresh herbs and spices adds a unique touch to every dish

I believe Filipino cuisine is highly underrated and definitely deserves more recognition. The combination of sweet, sour, and savory flavors in dishes like adobo and sinigang is truly unparalleled. Not to mention the delicious array of tropical fruits and desserts

I have to say that Ethiopian cuisine is one of the most underrated in the world. The spicy stews, flavorful flatbreads, and unique coffee ceremonies make it a culinary experience like no other. I wish more people would give it a try

Personally, I think Peruvian cuisine is highly underrated and definitely deserves more recognition. The use of fresh seafood, hearty grains like quinoa, and flavorful spices like aji amarillo create a truly unique gastronomic experience. Plus, who can resist a good ceviche?
