It is time to take the time to look at your rise to the position you are in now WOTLK Gold . What were your goals and what were the primary aspects you identified when you entered this leading role at Blizzard?

I think the aspect that was most important -- and which I think is why Mike [Morhaime, co-founder and former president of Blizzardhas decided to select me to take on this position was the fact that Blizzard is a true developer-led company, and that the products and the focus on games that we have is there, throughout all the leadership levels and is really important and really strong.

It's about refocusing our mainstays and what makes Blizzard's amazing, which is our games. So that's the sort of the start of what we tried to achieve.

Through the course of this year, we've been looking at every single project we're currently working on. We've looked into various aspects that we were doing that we believed like we should do more of. We examined various activities done by us that felt like we should not do as much of. We've had a breakthrough through this launch of WoW Classic, which has been a wonderful experience for us. We were also at our first World of Warcraft League for season two and getting ready to move into the final month of the year with BlizzCon. So , it's been an incredibly great ride.

For those who do not know what Blizzard is doing currently, what would have you to say regarding recent shakeups at the top as well as layoffs and the kind of direction the company will take into?I believe the most important aspect that is true, is true for a long time and will continue to be true for the foreseeable future is that we are an values-driven company. We also make many of our major strategic decisions with that perspective.

Thinking back, I think that anytime you have a founder that has been in the chair for 28 years, I believe it's normal and reasonable to have anxiety, doubt and doubts about what we're going to do in the future.

What I think is important for people to be aware of is the values that helped build this business and also built Blizzard are still those same principles. We're still adamant about gameplay being the most important thing in all. We still focus on delivering excellent user experiences and a positive community spirit for cheap WOTLK Classic Gold all that we do, and that could not be more crucial as we look to the future.
