There are many ways to create omni right now. Spirit of Kaom + Immortal Flesh or Vision of Voll is a great synergy for near-permanent rage + frenzy.
If you've ever wanted to play an arc build, this is probably the best build it's got. The waterfall of Path of exile currency revenge and the +2 arrows in the tree make it quite possible to build a saving arc. I don't really need anything crazy, omni can be obtained, but that would be the most expensive item. Vaal LA and Ice shot are both great. Deadeye is the obvious choice but the raider is also great if you want something a little more beefy.

Farruls Fur or Hyrri's Wrath are both great inexpensive armors, but there are plenty of others that work as well. + Arrows on bows/arrows are nice but unnecessary. With +2 arrows in the tree you can get away with running lmp while having great clear dps.

So as we know an important step to build is to get the 6 link armor that I often see in ssf which I struggle with chrome even when I get and sell items with 3 colors given link to the seller, because link 6 i ended up first is either the wrong base type for easy coloring, or it's a unique link that i have linked works for works but also not should be the optimal basis for coloring. I found myself running out of chrome and ended up leaving the league with a bunch of cheap POE currency 6 color links in stock that I couldn't use, it didn't look like a deal where we could buy handmade rugs as we wanted.
