Looking for Customer Agent
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, chats and messages from customers who have questions, complaints or feedback about our products or services. You will also help customers place orders, process payments, arrange deliveries and returns, and provide information about our products or services.
To be successful in this role, you need to have strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. You also need to be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You should be familiar with our products or services, as well as the policies and procedures of our company. You should also be willing to learn new skills and tools to improve your performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or message in a polite and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department or manager
• Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Stay updated on product features, promotions and company policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in using computers, phones and online platforms
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to handle difficult customers and situations
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
• Customer-oriented attitude and passion for helping people
