Gaming is seen as a frivolous activity with no real benefits, but in reality, esports requires a high level of skill, strategy, and teamwork. It's not just mindless entertainment, but a legitimate form of competition and sport that requires dedication and hard work.

Some people believe that all gamers are antisocial loners who live in their parents' basements, but in reality, gaming has a large and diverse community of players from all walks of life. Many gamers have thriving social lives both online and offline, and use gaming as a way to connect with others and have fun.

There is a misconception that esports is not a real sport and doesn't require the same level of physical and mental training as traditional sports. In reality, professional gamers train for hours a day, work with coaches and strategize just like athletes in any other sport. Esports requires a high level of skill, focus, and discipline to succeed at a competitive level.
