The players begin earning their first points for class trees at the age of 10. and WOTLK Gold their first specialization point at level 11. after the points for each tree will change with every level they gain. At level 70. players have 31 class point and thirty specialization points.
That level of freedom will give players the ability to build what Blizzard describes as "very poor designs," though the goal is "to keep players in the driver's seat of their character's progress within their respective class."

Talents that are higher up in the tree are more prevalent, while those lower in the hierarchy will tend to be targeted and focused on specific maximum-level builds. Key abilities or skills with a lot of utility Blizzard thinks will be important aspects of a particular class or specialization are easily gained from the beginning of the talent trees to ensure they won't limit the other choices for building.
Blizzard uses the post to address the concerns that some players were having about being required to buy WOW WOTLK Classic Gold "re-buy" with talent points certain abilities that were a standard feature of a class in the game's the most recently released Shadowlands expansion. Blizzard believes it gets that feedback mostly as concerns that each class has "less things," but that it hopes that players will not feel that in the future when they're presented with 61 talent points to do according to their own preferences.
