United States district judge Richard Kyle issued a statement that "This judge sees no reason for this action to proceed in Minnesota," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.
"Indeed, the court sees very little reason why this dispute to have been initiated in Minnesota at all," says Kyle, via Garafolo.
