I'll add my two cents to Construction. Oak Larders + Stealing Creation Hammers. You'll be flying from 33-60 at a time, you'll never think about what you did. Seriously. Building and tearing them down took me from 33 to 70 in OSRS Buy Gold a flash, and that was for my quest in the Void Series of quests.
I'd say that's probably the most cost-effective way to do it, too particularly if you plank-make the entire oak logs. I'm not sure about the quantity required that is required for Plank Make, though.
For Agility, I suggest taking the Brimhaven arena with tickets to 55 to allow you to move up to Wildy that gives you like 500 xp per run. It doesn't sound like a amount, but if you don't really pay attention to the things you're clicking, you'll find yourself climbing the last five levels quickly.
Smithing, I took The Artisan's Workshop - but the ingots down. There's not a lot of clicking required as well as the xp is pretty constant. Farming is as simple as planting the most advanced level you can find, and then walk away. It's as easy as that. This is all I can think of right now. Of course, these are just the methods I've experienced or would employ and if anyone is able to offer a different perspective, you're welcome! We wish you the best of luck! Keep us posted!
In light of your very poor CB stats, I'd suggest killing chickens until 10 str. You can then kill cows until you reach lvl 20 str atk and def prior to RuneScape 3 Gold attempting dungeoneering. This is because the monsters there WILL pile u.. If you do not can tank them, ud die... When you reach the level 20 melee stats, you are likely to be able to tank them enough.
