LUXURY HAIR CARE BRAND LOOKING FOR HAIR CARE SPECIALISTS (TEMPORARY ROLE)

THIS WILL BE A POP-UP PROJECT BETWEEN DECEMEBER 2023- JANUARY 2024

LOCATED WITHIN A LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE

THE BRAND:

The brand was born out of a passion for bees, haircare and natural beauty. Based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, each product is inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden. With this method, our founder and her father continue the family tradition of beekeeping. Our hair care and complexion products harness the transformative benefits of Mirsalehi Honey and rich botanical sources, selected to enhance ones natural beauty.

We are committed to a sustainable and cruelty-free production method that puts the Mirsalehi Honey Bees first, not only for the sake of the bees, but the greater ecosystem as well. In the upcoming years, we intend to continue to develop high-quality honey infused beauty products as we develop a globally renowned label and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy bee population.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Basic haircare knowledge
Proven successful sales and services in store
Minimum 2 years experience in sales
Beauty lover
Strong selling techniques
Good communication skills
Punctual
Innovative
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the brand ambassador in the region, by sharing hair knowledge and the brand story.
Welcome, listen to, understand, shape and satisfy client needs, exceeding their expectations.
Assist and guide clients on the most appropriate range of products, according to their needs and hair type.
Use selling techniques to build and maximize each clients basket.
Contribute to the store and the brands commercial and operational KPIs.
Support your store team with merchandising procedures (products, testers, prices, animations, cash desk area, stock room, beauty hub tools, etc.)
THE PACKAGE:

Training, uniform and product samples will be given to candidates working at this project
From £12 per hour depending on experience (up to £15ph on Sundays / Up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
Weekly or Monthly Pay Methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week
Opportunity to develop further and be considered for permanent opportunities
To be a successful candidate, you must be a lover of beauty and hair. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about natural beauty and take pride in their personal appearance.

This is a luxury hair care brand and the pop-up project will be held in one of Londons finest department stores.

You MUST be full-time available to work between 19th December 2023 till 2nd January 2024.

This is a 2 week project and the role will be on a temporary basis.
