To reset your password, you'll need access to the phone number or email associated with your VibeTag account. This verification information helps ensure your account is only accessible to you. If you can't access your phone or email, you won't be able to recover your password, and may need to sign up for a new account.
An accurate and up-to-date email address, and/or phone number ensure you never lose access to your VibeTag account. There are a few ways to change your password, and keeping this information up to date simplifies resetting your account or password.
Note: If you're able to log in but can't remember your password, you can send yourself a password reset email from the password settings page. Additionally, you'll be logged out of all your active VibeTag sessions, except for the one you use to change your password.
