Access the Reset Page: From the sign-in page on VibeTag.com, click Forgot Password.
Identify Your Account: Enter your email address, phone number, or VibeTag username. (Note: If you have multiple accounts linked to your phone number, skip using the phone number here).
Select Recovery Email: Choose the email address where you wish to receive the password reset instructions.
Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from VibeTag, which will include a code valid for 60 minutes.
Verify Your Code: Enter the code provided into the text field on the password reset page and click Submit.
Set New Password: You'll be prompted to choose a new password.
Important: Resetting your password will log you out of all active VibeTag sessions.
Begin on Forgot Password Page: Navigate to the Forgot password? page and enter your identification details.
Input Phone Number: Enter your phone number and click Search.
Receive Text: Click Continue on the prompt 'Text a code to my phone ending in [XX]'.
Enter Verification Code: VibeTag will text you a code valid for 60 minutes. Enter this code on the password reset page and click Submit.
Update Password: You will then be prompted to choose a new password.
Note: Password reset via text isn't available if your account uses login verification. Resetting will log you out of all active sessions.
Login Issues Post-Reset: If you can't log in post-reset, your account might be locked for security reasons. Wait a while and try again.
Not Receiving Codes: Ensure good cell reception/internet access, and check if VibeTag's number is blocked. If issues persist, opt for an email reset.
Reset Without Email or Phone: If inaccessible, try resetting via your username to identify possible emails or phones associated.
Unrequested Reset Emails: Frequently receiving unwanted reset emails? Enable password reset protection and consider setting up two-factor authentication.
Use Known Credentials: Always start with the last known username and password.
Check Access on Other Devices: See if you're still logged into other devices like mobile phones or computers.
Verify Account Details: Use your username to prompt VibeTag for associated email details, or try entering possible phone numbers if email details are unknown.
