Ensuring you're protected while you're buying on VibeTag is one of our top priorities. For this reason, we cover you with an option when you tick Buyer's Protection during your checkout.

This takes care of:

1. Protection of your purchases
You can shop with peace of mind. With the help of VibeTag Balance, your money won't be transferred to the seller until you confirm that the item has arrived safely and that it matches the description.

If the item(s):

- Is significantly not as described
- Doesn't arrive
- Arrives damaged

Press 'Order issue' and contact us within 3 days after the order was marked as delivered, even if it doesn't actually arrive. We'll ensure you get refunded for your purchase. For more details, check out our Refund Policy.

NOTE
Your order will be completed and the payment will be automatically released to the seller if you miss the 3-day deadline or if you ever hit the 'Accept Delivery' button.

2. Extra measures against fraud
To make sure that no stranger can buy on behalf of you on VibeTag, we put an extra layer of safety to your purchases. We randomly check transactions by prompting purchase verifications.
