We usually try to have open and honest communication about why we each feel a certain way about a parenting decision. We listen to each other's perspective and try to find a compromise that works for both of us.
If we can't come to an agreement right away, we sometimes take some time to think about it on our own before coming back together to discuss it further. It's important for us to show respect for each other's opinions and views.
Sometimes we seek advice from other parents or a professional to get a different perspective on the issue. We try to be understanding and empathetic towards each other's concerns and find a solution that is in the best interest of our child.
