Assalamu alaikum,
As believers, it is our duty to constantly remind ourselves and others about the importance of Allah and good deeds. The Quran and authentic hadith are filled with reminders and guidance on how to live a righteous life. Let us take a moment to reflect on some of these teachings.
In Surah Al-Imran, Verse 191, Allah says, "And remember Allah in abundance, that you may be successful." This verse reminds us that success in this life and the Hereafter comes from remembering and constantly seeking the pleasure of Allah.
In another verse, Surah Al-An'am, Verse 162, Allah says, "Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds." This verse emphasizes the importance of dedicating our lives to Allah and seeking His pleasure in all that we do.
Furthermore, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah (Bukhari 8:76:509), "The best charity is that given in Ramadan." This hadith reminds us of the importance of giving to others, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
Another hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah (Muslim 2564) states, "Allah the Almighty said, 'I am as My servant thinks of Me, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers Me to himself, I remember him to Myself; and if he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a gathering better than his.'" This hadith reminds us that Allah is always with us and that our thoughts and actions towards Him have a direct impact on our relationship with Him.
As we go about our daily lives, let us remember the teachings of the Quran and authentic hadith, and strive to constantly seek the pleasure of Allah through good deeds and remembrance of Him. May Allah guide us all on the straight path and grant us success in this life and the Hereafter.
JazakAllah Khair.
