The UN secretary-general issued a dire warning on Friday, stating that there is an urgent need for a "quantum leap" in the delivery of life-saving supplies because children in Gaza are dying of starvation and dehydration. "The doors to starvation are opened when the gates to aid are closed," declared Guterres.
