Amazon shares are sold by billionaire Jeff Bezos. Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon and a billionaire, sold about 12 million shares of the cloud services and online retail company for about $2 billion. According to a company filing on Friday, the sale occurred on Wednesday and Thursday.
