Dutch government challenges decision on F-35 parts transfer to Israel in cessation
Regarding the transfer of American F-35 aircraft parts to Israel, the Hague Court of Appeal's ruling is being challenged by the Dutch government in a cassation case before the Dutch Supreme Court. Following its decision on Monday, the court mandated that the Netherlands stop distribution within seven days.
