COVID-19: Portugal removed from green list as seven countries added to red
The government's decision will be unpopular with travellers and the tourist industry in Portugal.
Hopes of a summer holiday abroad have been dashed as no new countries have been added to the UK's green travel list and Portugal has moved to amber.

No further countries are being moved from the amber to green status and travellers returning from Portugal will have to quarantine following the review of the government's travel traffic light system.

Budapest protest against China's Fudan University campus.

Thousands of people marched through Budapest to protest against plans to open a Chinese university campus in the Hungarian capital.

Opponents of the project say it will undercut the country's own higher education and increase the influence of China's Communist authorities.

The right-wing government of PM Viktor Orban has close ties with Beijing. Earlier this month, Hungary blocked an EU statement criticising China's treatment of Hong Kong.

Donald Trump Facebook ban: ex-president ‘unlikely’ to change behaviour, says White House is no longer a 'risk to public safety'

Facebook has banned Donald Trump for two years, it has announced, with the social media giant also saying it is scrapping immunity for politicians who post fake news or abuse.

The social media giant said on Friday that it would only allow Mr Trump back onto the network in 2023 if it deemed that he is no longer a "risk to public safety".

Facebook also announced that it is overhauling its rules around free speech.

The US Supreme Court has ruled food giants Nestlé USA and Cargill can't be sued for child slavery on African farms from where they buy their cocoa.
Six African men alleged that they were trafficked from Mali and forced to work on cocoa farms in Ivory Coast.
The group say both companies perpetuated that slave trade to keep cocoa prices low.
The court ruled 8-1 that the group had no standing because the abuse happened outside the US. #news

Google fined €220m in France over advertising abuse
Technology giant Google has been fined €220m (£189m) by French authorities for abusing its advertising power.
France's competition watchdog said Google has been promoting its own online advertising services to the detriment of rivals.
It found that Google's ad management platform for large publishers, Google Ad Manager, favoured the company's own online ad marketplace, Google AdX. Google said it would make changes to its advertising business.
The US tech giant has agreed to make it easier for publishers to use its data and tools.
