The final stage of lifting lockdown, originally planned to take place no earlier than 21 June, would see all legal limits on social contact removed. COVID-19: Portugal removed from green list as seven countries added to red The government's decision will be unpopular with travellers and the tourist industry in Portugal. Hopes of a summer holiday abroad have been dashed as no new countries have been added to the UK's green travel list and Portugal has moved to amber.
