Again, tens of thousands of people march in London to demand a ceasefire in Gaza.
Tens of thousands of protesters carried signs reading "Ceasefire now," "End genocide," and the well-known Palestinian catchphrase, "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," as they marched through the heart of London on Saturday. The pro-Palestinian demonstration clogged the streets between the Houses of Parliament and Russell Square. The demonstration was passed by a smaller group of less than 100 pro-Israel supporters, who waved British and Israeli flags and performed dancing music after around ninety minutes. The UK is preparing for next month's general election, which coincides with the march. Protesters also claim that the vote will be impacted by the Gaza War.

Due to growing tensions, major parties and other organizations denounced the junta on March 31 for failing to schedule elections by the agreed-upon deadline.
