The Palestine Prisoners' Society draws attention to the extent of mistreatment and dehumanization committed by Israeli security personnel, who even brag about their acts in video footage that Israeli TV's Channel 13 broadcasts, exposing appalling circumstances within the jails. Families of inmates suffer because of this; some of them never make it out alive. The anguish that the families of deceased Palestinians go through is made worse by Israeli authorities' refusal to release their bodies.
