According to media sources, a sizable fire consumed a second-hand market in Erbil, Iraq, late on Tuesday, February 27. Hundreds of businesses at the bustling Langa bazaar burned destroyed, and Iraqi Kurdish TV channel Rudaw stated that the fire was sparked by an electrical short circuit.
The High Court deemed the Northern Ireland Troubles Act to violate human rights.
