When Israeli soldiers are seen shooting defenseless Palestinians in a video, outrage ensues.
A bulldozer is used to bury the dead bodies of unarmed Palestinians in Northern Gaza, as captured on camera. Israeli forces in Gaza shot and killed two Palestinians who were not armed. One of the men indicates they are not a threat by continuously waving what looks to be a piece of white fabric. This is a universal sign of capitulation. A bulldozer is then used to bury their bodies.
Memorial demolished: In St. Petersburg, mourners placed flowers for Alexey Navalny
In Russia, a flower memorial to opposition leader Alexey Navalny was destroyed. Overnight, unidentified individuals took flowers that had been placed at the monument honoring victims of political repression in Saint Petersburg. There are also reports of other tributes being destroyed. Around the country, Russians attempting to grieve were detained by police. According to prison officials, Navalny passed away on Friday in an Arctic prison colony from what they refer to as "sudden death syndrome."
ICC prosecutor charges warring parties in Darfur of war crimes
The head prosecutor of the International Criminal Court states that "there are grounds to believe" that the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces and the Sudanese army have both committed war crimes in Darfur. After opening an investigation into the spike in violence in Sudan, Karim Khan gave testimony to the UN Security Council. Kristen Saloomey of Al Jazeera reports from New York's United Nations.

In Gaza, infants are dying from thirst and starvation.
Laila Junaid, a two-month-old starving child, was brought to a hospital in northern Gaza at a weight far less than her average weight. There, doctors report that newborns are dying from thirst and starvation as a result of Israel's embargo.
