Myanmar's civil war has displaced 2.5 million inhabitants.
Tens of thousands of people have fled to Thailand after weeks of fighting near the Thai border town of Myawaddy in Myanmar. However, many more people are still stuck within the country. The UN believes that conflict has displaced 2.5 million people since the military took control in a coup in 2021. In the second installment of his series of special reports from Myanmar, Tony Cheng experienced the horrific conditions in which many of those people live.

Roaring results from a ground-breaking study conducted by East Anglian University experts have shown that almost 90% of the Himalayan region is at risk of experiencing drought for more than a year. This is a three-degree Celsius increase in global warming.

There are a lot of innocent children caught in the crossfire as the situation in Palestine keeps getting worse.
Iran is accused of a territorial attack by Pakistan, which has summoned Tehran's senior diplomat to Islamabad.
Iran's top diplomat has been called to Pakistan in Islamabad due to what the country regards as an unjustified breach of its airspace. At least two children were killed when a missile fired by Tehran landed in the Balochistan area of Pakistan. According to Iran, the "Jaish al-Adl group's" headquarters was the target. They are held accountable for multiple deliberate assaults on security personnel throughout the years.

Early on Wednesday, Universal Music Group announced in a statement that it was removing its recordings because songwriters and artists weren't getting paid.
