It is less expensive, according to investigators, and is drawing an increasing amount of use. The percentage of crack users has grown significantly over the last three years, despite a consistent growth in cocaine consumption.

An hour later, footage revealed the airliner entirely on fire. According to Kyodo, the Coast Guard aircraft was scheduled to travel to Niigata to give relief supplies to those impacted by the tragedy. The incident occurred just one day after a series of earthquakes shook western Japan, killing over 50 people in the Ishikawa prefecture.
