Refunds & Returns

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.
Many items are eligible for a refund within:
  • 30 days of delivery, the refund window will begin on the day of delivery, even if the item was late.
  • 30 days of the maximum delivery date if the item hasn't arrived.
Exceptions
Some items have exceptions. See the Exceptions section below to learn more about which items are treated differently and how.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
If an item arrives and it's defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.
The Standard Returns Process
  • Please submit a request for a return or a refund within 30 days of delivery. If the item hasn't arrived, please request a refund within 30 days of the maximum delivery date. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 30 days of the date of delivery or the maximum delivery date.
  • Return and refund requests should be placed from within the app - locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.
  • Return of Funds - After VibeTag approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, VibeTag will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees.
    Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Cancellations
  • If you wish to cancel or withdraw from a purchase please do so as quickly as possible. After your cancellation window closes, fulfillment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun. If the item has already shipped, then you may need to wait until your receipt of the item to cancel/withdraw and request a refund.
Refund Exceptions
  • Perishables - If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases.
  • Excluded Items - Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste) or electronic media such as software are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened).
  • Services - If you purchase services from a local provider, your ability to obtain a refund is subject to the provider's policies.
VibeTag Local Return & Refund Policies
  • Pickup Now Items
    • Some of the items available for pickup are sold by the operators of the shops that also serve as pickup locations. These items cannot be refunded without a return. They must be returned to the pickup location and returns must be completed within 7 days. Check the product detail page and order history to determine which items are subject to these return rules.
  • Ship to Store Items
    • Ship to Store items must be picked up by the final day of the pickup window. The pickup window reflected upon delivery of the order is final.
    • Items not picked up by the final day of the pickup window will be canceled and can no longer be picked up. They may be ineligible for a refund.
    • If you were unable to pick up your order, you may reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
Policies and Procedures
VibeTag reserves the right to:
  • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
  • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use.
  • Limit purchase activity in the marketplace apps if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
This Policy may be updated from time to time.
This Policy, including the requirement to contact us within 30 days of receipt or maximum delivery date, does not limit the statutory warranty or withdrawal rights you may have with a merchant - VibeTag makes these refund and return options available at its discretion regardless of the rights you may have with a merchant.
If VibeTag accepts a return or provides a refund under this policy it will satisfy any refund you were entitled to in relation to the applicable merchant. Therefore, once a refund from VibeTag has been secured, your right or ability to secure a refund or other consideration from the relevant merchant is affected.
VibeTag offers this policy in addition to any rights and remedies you may have with VibeTag merchants under applicable law.
